Visiting
Do I need to pay to get in?
No. Entry is free. Register online and show the pass on your phone at the desk.
How do I register?
Fill in the form on our contact page. Your pass is sent to the mobile number you give. Bring it with photo identification, as each person needs their own pass.
Can I buy jewellery at the exhibition?
Yes. Each house sells from its own booth and sets its own payment options. Ask for a full invoice with the hallmark and certificate details of each piece.
Is there parking?
Yes. Free parking is available at the venue, with valet at the main gate.
Can I bring children?
Yes. Add everyone coming with you when you register so the desk has their passes ready. Children stay with a parent or guardian throughout the visit.
Can I take photographs?
That is up to each exhibitor. Please ask before you take pictures at a booth.

How do I apply for a booth?
Tell us about your house through the exhibitor form on our contact page. Every application is reviewed so the floor stays balanced across crafts and regions, and sending one does not reserve a booth.
What booth sizes are there, and what do they cost?
We send floor plans and booth sizes once we have your application. Sizes, positions, fees and payment dates are set out in your written confirmation and the exhibitor manual that comes with it.
What can be shown on the floor?
Real jewellery only: real metal and genuine or clearly declared lab-grown stones. Gold carries BIS hallmarking with its HUID, and natural and lab-grown diamonds are clearly labelled. The full standards are in our terms.
Will my house appear on this website?
Yes, once your booth is confirmed. We show your house's name, city, crafts and the photographs you provide on the exhibitors page.
